Basic info

• NO BACKOUTS unless you find a replacement
• When you join any of my gos I will automatically assume you read my rules
• Make sure to fill out all forms on time so that the process can go quicker
• Please be patient. Gos can take time and patients but feel free to dm me at any time regarding the status of the go
• sometimes my dm could stop working so if i dont respond to you in 12-24 hours please do the following
  • send me a message though one of my storys
  • dm me on my backup @svnooluvv
• if you are a minor or have some sort of messeges settings on please either make sure your account settings allow for DMs from people who don’t follow you or follow me (u may unfollow after) so that i am able to message you and add you to the group chat.

Deadlines and fees

• Please pay by deadline. I’m a very understanding person so If you need an extension dm me before the deadline and we can discuss it.
• If you fail to pay by deadline without informing me I will charge a $0.50 late fee for each day after the payment was due. after 1 week your claim will be dropped/ put up for reclaim with no refunds and also be banned from joining any future gos

consolidation

• i can consolidate any on hand claims you have or items that are otw
• once you request consolidation you may not add on more items especially if they are not otw. pls keep in mind im not a warehouse and always pack as soon as everything arrives.
• once I’ve shipped out your consolidation you may request another one for any new on hand or otw claims you have.
• if you let me know that you would like combined shipping after i have sent you address confirmation for your current on-hand claims, combined shipping will not be possible.
• To consolidate claims, in the address form there is a section where you can select the gos you would like to consolidate/combine shipping

Refunds

• I am not responsible for any scammed, fake, missing or damaged PCs
• i always try my best to only buy from trustworthy seller/proxies but there can always be risk of scams or something can arrive fake, damaged, or missing. in these scenarios i will not be able to refund ;(
